BTW 1187 by Mustang Park is pretty good for going fast.

Thanks for all your help again, we really appreciate it!

Congrats on the new house and those fans work good we put two of them in the ag barn when I was in high school. And they were able to clear paint fumes out of the building which was around 40'x100' when we painted the trailer that we built for the ag mechanics show.

Congrats on the house. I am on an acre in a similar style of neighborhood and I promise the mowing is gonna suck! I finally got sick of messing with it And hired someone. I can give you his number if you want he is really reasonable.

yeah i have allready mowed it once to get started on re-seeding the lawn... It was actually kinda fun, i was doing donuts in the mud, and i got it stuck a few times. But i am sure that will get old after awhile. I would love to hire someone but if i do my wife will hire someone to clean the house again... I finally got her to fire the maid and start cleaning herself, i don't want to start that vicious cycle again...

LOL on the mowing! On the cleaning you should get Katie a 20' broom bc I'm sure she wouldn't get on that high of a ladder.

Corey, congrats on the new digs!! Very nice, how much land is that btw, does it end where the shrubs start at the very end? I'd love to have some land like that out here in Cali but that would cost me...hmmmm...bout 6 million dollars since I live in the beach cities. Got any more pics since the move-in has occurred? Garage especially, I epoxy'ed my garage too when I first moved in...it really is a hard job but definitely worth it!! Also more pics of the land itself!! I'm trying to figure out where I'm gonna do burnouts in your back-yard during your Gtg, that mud swamp looks promising!!
