Default Emissions

Hey everyone, hopefully someone may know or may at least be able to point me in the right direction. I am running true duals on my 07 Classic. I just moved to dallas and am worried about an emissions test actually. I didn't touch the cats they are all in tact, however where the exhaust pipes were supposed to Y together that's where the muffler shop cut and made duals, anyone know if this might pass or not? Thx in advance

I don't see why it wouldn't pass. Mine are dual & so far so good.
