Eric told me that he saw her and she wasn't slowing down, and she was looking down. At this point I'm inclined to say she was F'in Texting. WTF, you can afford a cell phone and bill but no insurance. Keep your *** off the road. I so want to write her plate on my rear window " Plate # hit me and she's an uninsured driver".

I've texted a few times on a highway with no stops but some people will text non stop all day. A woman fell in a man hole while texting and then tried to sue the city for having the lid off to work on it.
