Exclamation wiring disaster!!!!!

Hey guys. new to the forum. needed an answer asap!! here it is

I just recently bought a 2000 silverado RCSB step side. I bought it with a garbage deck so i decided to get a new one. I brought it to a guy to install who i thought knew his stuff...Which he didn't because he cut off the factory wiring harness!!

So now I have no idea what to do.. any suggestions?!?!?!?!!?!?

For $15.00 you can have an adapter so you don't have to cut any wires. I never cut the wires.
