What other switch can i use for an Electric Cutout?

There's two types of cut-outs, regular and electric. Regular you have to go under your truck and unbolt a blank that's covering the dump pipe. With electric there is either a butterfly valve or s gate valve that is activated by a electric motor. Cutout switch is to activate the valve...

you can get the switch at fry's or possibly radio shack , it has six connections on the rear of it. two of them you need to jump two for power/ground and two for cutout power/ground.

spoolin your trucks sounds nasty.. if you come up here to bako b sure and tell me cuz ill go to the drags and see it...


i like how you think you just have your average cammed truck then all the sudden starts getting all deep and extremely loud. and you hear this really strange high pitched whistling sound..
must just be a throttle body spacer.

what about the wire? i need rewire/switch a cutout and im not sure what type of wire I'll need. Think the heat resistance is a must? im not sure how hot it will get being near the exhaust
