ok well i have on 03 silverado with a stock steering wheel without the controls on it. and i want to put in the a steering wheel w/controls for the radio n cluster, out of an 07 nbs. is it possible? the steering wheel comes with its on harness already. is plug in play or do i have to reprogram sumtin or do i need more parts to make it work? jst want to get my facts before i commit to buy. thank you

 

You have to replace the airbag clock spring assembly, reprogram the bcm, and the IPC, and if you have xm kiss it bye bye unless you order a new never programmed xm module.

2003 was a touchy year. The newer trucks had all of the wiring some 03's do not and you have to run the wiring to the BCM and IPC to make everything work correctly
