tweeter

I have a question about the stock tweeter that in the silverados. what size is it and is there a aftermarket replacement for it????

no aftermarkets its easy to cut and put a 3.5" in there though or make a backing plate and put a 1" tweeter

you talking about the bose tweeter? you can buy em online for cheap. the bose one's in my truck sound badass and they're stock.

no , not the bose, i dont have bose, didnt want bose, dont like bose.

^^ Like he said.. The material used in the door panel is VERY easy to trim out to fit whatever isze aftermarket tweeter you want.

::high five:: bose isent all bad... its good if you want somting DECENT and never wanna change any thing. I always tell people to get the most basic audio stuff on a new car though
