I've been thinking about getting HIDs as well, because I do a lot of night driving. I did the cheap headlight mod and have the high 4 going. My question is, if I buy an HID kit (just say a decent ebay one) that will only work for 2 of the bulbs right? So, should I spend the money to buy 2 HID kits, I really don't want to, or figure out how to un-mod the high 4 mod?

4 hi mod still works, nothing to worry about. The HIDs draw 35w vs 45-65w

I guess my next question is, with the High 4 mod, is there any way that I could make the Hi Beams (HID) and Low Beams (Regular) look similar? Or should I just put HIDs in my Hi and Low Beams?

not really . . . you can spend 45-60 for the high beams in a halogen bulb, and even then they might not match, how often are you using your high beams?

Not as much as my low beams. I guess I should put the HIDs in the lows then huh? Not to mention no one will notice that I don't have them in the Highs because I'm not going to go around bright lighting people.

I'm running some that I paid $235.00 for a set of three off ebay -- only had them three months, but they work perfectly. I got 6000k, and with the ALL three on high mod, I can see well enough to drive 75 @ night on lonely highways with no worries...
