Default Sub Box....

I am looking into getting a different sub box for my truck.. i had a outward firing box for my old truck i was thinking about putting in my new one.. but i didnt like how it angled out and took up space where peoples feet are and that they always get kicked... i was thinking about getting a upward firing or a downward firing box. wondering if any one has either of these or which on is better. i jsut want one that is flush with my seat and doesnt angle out in front of the seat... anyone?

JL Audio has the stealthbox, fits under rear seat and fires 1 12" downward. Sounds crisp and clean. I loved mine, want another.

I have a 2 12'' downfire and it sounds really good. It sounds even better with my new amp and crossover.

They are the biggest single sub boxes I could find, I would really like a 1.0 cu ft box that fits 12's.

I really think that the downfire boxes sound much better than the outfire. I had an outfire on one truck that got stolen, truck was recovered and built it back with the same system except a downfire box and it hit much harder.
