As a father's day present I'm getting my dad some speakers to replace his stockers which are either dead or sound poor. What are some good affordable stock replacement speakers that will run off the stock head unit? He has an '02 Sierra crew cab Duramax. Thanks!

Thanks! I used that guide and some others. They all said different things.

It looks like I will need 6-1/2" speakers for the front doors and rear doors, and 4x6" speakers for the rear kick panels. So six speakers total. Does this sound correct?

 

Bump! Need to know the correct speaker sizes.

I got kenwoods all the way around when i got a package deal for $200 with a Kenwood CD player.

 

Crew cab nbs trucks have 6.5's front and back. 4x6 in the back is only standard and extended cabs.
