Default steering wheel w/controls

will a steering wheel w/ controls work in a truck originally without controls? its a 2005 gmc sierra. im wanting a wheel with controls.

Might search this section for Controls or Steering. or something single worded like that as I recall a thread maybe last year or so on it.

I do believe it Will work but you have to swap the BCM IIRC.

what bcm?? i have a denali cluster that was ready for those options.

The BCM is the Body Control Module. Check that 2nd link i posted in post 4. It knows more than I do and should help you out.

According to that, if you already have DIC enabled in your cluster like you say it shouldb e pretty simple.
