Default Rusting speakers in doors

Anyone else have a problem with this? It looks like there is a drain of some sort for the window channel that drips directly on to the speakers. What can be done to fix it?

I have seen, a long time ago, Crutchfeild made a rubber cup that goes on the magnet end of the speaker to prevent this. I have no idea if they still sell it or not.

I'm getting corrosion on the connections...at the crossover and at the speaker. The screws are rusted to the point that I'm afraid to take them off. It's like there is a TON of moisture in the doors at all times. I've already lost one set of Diamond's, and I don't feel like losing my MB Quart Q's that I spent a TON of money on.
