Default Protech in Austin,Tx

About a month ago I purchased a used nitrous kit for my truck. I installed the solenoids, lines, and bottle. I am not experienced with wires so I got a quote over the phone from Protech for $150-$175 to wire up my kit.
I head over and double check, and show everything I needed to have wired.
I needed solenoids wired, bottle heater wired. I put switches in dash they just needed to run the wires from the switches to wot switch, purge, ect...
I also had a msd window switch pn# 8956. They said " yep, leave it here for about 2 hours and we will have it done." I was like sweet. called 2 hours lader and they said that I could pick it up at the end of the day... got busy or some ****. I came back in My wifes truck at 4:30pm they had not even started on it. I asked what the problem was, the guy said they would need to keep it for the weekend. I got mad and quoted the time they said it would be done. Then he said it would cost $475 plus tax, cause it was harder than he thought. I said gemme back my truck Ill do it myself. he tried to haggle but was firm on the price. I said Ill pay for the bottle fill and the relays yall would have used and Ill do it myself. He left and came back and said they allready had the gas pedal off. And that the wanted to work it out somehow.
I ended up paying $235 plus tax. I got a call that weekend sayin that they could not wire up the msd window switch cause it needed a special part from msd to read the tach signal. I said B.S. use tap the #10 wire on the ecm. He said he called msd and it needed another part or the newer msd digital window switch. I said fine just wire it up without the rpm switch.
I got the truck back, and My bottle was not filled up yet, had to wait another day. got the bottle back and the gauge was broke.
overall time to finish... 5days. time quoted 2 hours. 2 weeks ago I got brave and tried to wire the rpm switch up. All i did was take the neg wire from the relay they used and ran it through the rpm switch. I then taped the #10 wire on the ecm, ran a power wire, and grounded it. 1 on a scale to 10 on dificulty. works great. except the purge ground was wired bad and comes loose.
Sorry so long... thought Id warn yall to stay away from PROTECH PERFORMANCE IN AUSTIN, TX. If you need a bottle filled go to austin performance.
