I have an 04 Silverado. It doesn't start it wont even turn over ,I thought It:bang was the battery so I bought a new an still nothing. Lights come like its going to start. I was told it could probably be pass locked .Has anyone had this problem and how do you fix it?

 

passlock problem will not prevent starter operation.

 

ok ..do you have any other Idea what it could. the lock symbol stays on all the time even with the key out of the ignition.
