no highs

i got the jl 3 way set up in my doors. 6.5 wof 4" mid and the tweeter. well the tweeters yes both went out and i dunno why. wtf? i checked the wires to the x overs and its all conected. could the wires be bad the tweeters blown somone help me out these sob's cost alot hah!!! and it suck not being abel to hear the highs no what i saying!!!

Are you sure it's connected right? If you connected the tweeters to the mid or low range outputs on the x-over you could fry them pretty quick. Also check to make sure there are no jumpers in the x-overs that need to be set. I have the JL XR 2-way components and there are several jumpers in the crossovers that need to be set properly.

Yes i am 100 percent sure they are conected right. what are jumpers???
