does anyone know if there's a kit like this that would work for a '99 suburban? getting tired of the tape player stuff...

the one i have says it works for 96-06 suburban/tahoe

its a periheral ISGM73

There's also kits from P.I.E. such as GM-12 that'll do the same. I've been meaning to do this in my 06 Silverado but was hoping to find a used one with no luck. Couldn't be as easy as the newer vehicles like my wife's G6 that just plug right in to the front of the stereo.

GMPD2, allows the use of steering wheel controls as well, to control the Ipod.
