Default Indash DVD into Denali Truck??

I just got a 07 Sierra Denali and I want to put int my Kenwood 7" screen in the dash. Can I hook the Kenwood up to play movies through the factory rear 7" dvd screen?

Thanks!!

You have to open the rear unit and splice the video signal from your kenwood into the rear screen. It should work in theory you are just going to have to tinker w it. Once the screen powers up you should be able to feed a video signal from the kenwood into it wo activating the stock dvd. If nothing else once you are in there there is bound to be some way to disable it.

Okay basically your going to use your output video on your kenwood.

Take a set of RCA's that are a good size length and tie them into the factory wiring.

I'll look up the wires for you when I get to work I beleive the wires are beneath your cup holder I just don't remember the colors off top of my head.

If I don't post up by tom. send me a PM.
