a buddy of mine is selling his HID kit he had on his Denali. They are 8500k and he wants like $425 or $450 for them. Is that a pretty fair price and will they work ok on my stock headlight housing?

FYI you can get a brand new set of Sylvania Xenarc HID's that come with a pimp looking new clear housing for 425

it sounds like the new kit isa better price, but FWIW, it is not a good idea to put HIDs in a headlight designed for halogen lamps, the light is given off in a different manner, and as such, the reflectors are different.

you can see silvers in his sig pic mine arent on my truck right now cause im in the process of putting the 418 and i dont want them to get cracked
