HID problem

that would happend to my friends hid's when you turn on your truck just falsh your high beams until it comes on they should turn on in one try

If you disable the auto-headlight from the ambient sensor on the dash, this wont happen. Just put a resistor where the sensor used to be, that fixed mine.
