Default Fog Light Problems! Please Help!

Hey I have a problem with my fog lights not coming on. I checked all fuses and only found the cig lighter fuse blown. I checked the bulbs and they seem fine, I also checked the switch that turns them on and it is working fine. Is there some other relay or anything that might keep them from coming on (ie... to the high beems??) It is an 05 ecsb. Thanks for any help.

Never mind I found out it was the switch. For some reason it ohm'ed good but when you threw volts at it ,it failed.
