factory head unit?

factory head unit?
I have a standard radio in my '06, and I'm tempted in buying a factory cd unit off of ebay for a good price. My question is will I have to wire it in myself, or are the connections the same and it just needs to be reprogrammed?

It should be plug-n-play. Do you currently have the BOSE system? You need to swap it with a BOSE head unit if you already have a BOSE system. If you dont have a BOSE system, you have to swap with a non-BOSE head unit.
