which DVD nav for 2004 silverado

I don't think he is saying the D3 has a hard drive. Just to skip the units with a hard drive in them in favor of the D3 mated to an ipod for music storage. Then you have no hard drive to worry about going bad.

D3 is a great low price unit! great for people who us a ipod for your music! the lowest price on the net i saw was 734$ not bad! there is no hard drive, you have to have cd in it for nav unless you put in on the ipod then you can use the cd player for cd's.. not a big deal. -bypass with the parking brake.
