I was wondering if there are detailed instructions on doind led swaps in hvac and other lighted accessories

 

I'm in the process right now. I haven't seen detailed instructions here, but I did find a pretty adequate one on the HVAC unit on another forum. I've done the power lock switches on my doors but thats it. I'd say grab yourself some LEDs and resistors and solder then together.. when checking polarity on the switches just put them back into the truck with the covers off and temporarily stick the LEDs on to find which direction to solder them in. The hard part about all of it is probably getting the switches open without breaking them.
