Attention fiberglass console gurus

Guys, several months ago I had a local audio guy move my heater controls to my center console so I could put my 6 disc cd changer in the dash below the factory head unit. He did a good job mounting the cd changer but the heater controls looked like ****. Then when my truck was at a shop getting the engine install, the console got broken.
I have a brand new upper console piece and stock bezel ready to go. I'm looking for someone who can mount my heater controls in the upper console. I was thinking fiberglass would be the best route since cutting the plastic piece and making it look clean would be damn near impossible. If at all possible, I'd like to be able to keep the CD storage part of the upper console and mount the heater controls where the slave tape deck used to be.
