Default Anyone use the Rockford Fosgate 3Sixty.3

Hey guys, I need a DSP with optical/Toslink in for the ol truck. I want optical to send the cleanest signal from my DAC to this. No stupid wires and interference.

So I am wondering has anyone used it? What did you like and not like? How easy is it to tune each individual speaker? How complex are the crossover settings, can I say cross at 2500K for the tweeter than 70HZ on the mid drivers?

Just want to be sure its the right purchase before I buy it.

I was also looking at the Audison Bit 10 D so if anyone has tried that let me know.

I just swapped my Mosconi 6to8 for a 3Sixty.3 about 3 weeks ago. I haven't had time to dig too deep into it yet but the interface is very easy to use. I've only got my 1 seat tune about 85% done but it's already sounding phenomenal. I like the wired remote too...you can just push a button to swap between presets plus set the ***** to do whatever you want them to. The Bluetooth dongle I'm sure comes in handy too...although I keep all my Lossless files on a hard drive that's wired in directly.

Sounds very promising. What all can the remote do? It would be nice for main volume control and sub control. There are no ways to control it otherwise.

I am using a nexus 7 as a head unit, then usb out to a DAC then optical to this and so on.

Yes...one can be set for Master Volume and one for sub. Then you can set them for other things too like your preset tunes and toggle between those by pushing the ***** in instead of turning them. There are lights on it to let you know what function your set to at any given time.

Well now its a done deal on that part. Now I just need to research good speakers and amps then I will be onto ordering.

What's your budget?
I like to play with nicer stuff too. I'm running Focal Utopia Be No7 3 way's up front, a pair of Mosconi AS200.4's for the amps and a JL 12W6v3 for the sub. I'm quite happy with the results so far.

Honestly I don't have much to throw into it right now. The rest of the truck from the bed to the engine is costing a pretty penny. I would say I can swing 1200 for speakers plus amps. Even that is a maybe.

I'd be digging around on Car Audio Stereo - Car Subwoofers - Car Amplifiers and Speakers then. Their pricing is really hard to beat.
