I've slowly been replacing all of the lights in the dash of my 05 since half of them were burnt out. I've been replacing them with the smaller replacemnt bulbs from Radio Shack. Since the new bulbs are smaller than the OEM bulbs, I can't reuse the original blue caps, and now my controls (climate control, headlight switch, and 4x4 switch specifically) are different color than the cluster, which doesn't use the caps. Anyone know where I can get some blue caps for the smaller Radio Shack bulbs so they match the cluster?

 

I would check ebay or a company called select products. They do a lot of unique parts for car audio install.

 

I ended up resoldering new blue LED bulbs in....just be careful not on the 4x4 switch because its very cramped. My first time around when I stuffed it all back in there the legs crosses on the LED and almost caught the 4x4 switch on fire!
