you guys that are running the aeroforce where are you hooking the hot wire to?ive got mine mounted it the overhead console and im hooked up to the power wire for the map lights but i wana hook it up somewhere else....

 

Didn't need a hot wire for the aeroforce on my 99 silv. Guage was powered froom the ODBII port.
Do you need the 24v + to bring in an analog input? Dont remember without looking it up.

Ran my wideband from the cruise control ciruit. If you need 24 its as good as any.

 

no, didnt need it in my 01, obd II and good to go

 

My gauges required a power wire. I ran it down the A pillar and into the fuse panel.

 

 

mine didnt do anything when i plugged it in i had to run a 12v power wire for it....

 

humm wonder why that is?,

 

Maybe different versions of the gauge?

 

I have the aeroforce gauges in my GTO and they were plug-n-play w/NO power wire needed. Must be different versions - GL

 

check for power on you orange wire of the DLC

or if you have a scan tool hook it up and see if it powers up- if not check the DLC fuse
