FYI, I took off a door panel tonight to take a looksy at thier work.
hmmm, I was quite certain before applying dynamat one was supposed to clean the panel (i.e. prep). But what the hell, why do it right.

the more I look, the more I don't want too.

Yuck. That's the kind of stuff that makes me drive to Arizona for engine work and Anaheim for suspension work. Still haven't found who in SD to install a shift kit and converter into my new 4L65, and swap out my old 4L60.

About that 10% down - does that apply to just stereo equipment, or everything in CA?

That looks like construction only, though maybe I'm reading it wrong.

the car audio liscense falls under these guidelines.

Also it is the reference for contracted work in CA. I had to hire a lawyer to write a letter on my behalf when I ordered some roman shades for some windows when they hung sideways, Anyway, the 10% down was one of the stressed points.

I won't say I am 100% sure this applies to all cases, but I'm pretty sure these guidelines trandsend construction type stuff.
