Default 2007 Denali NNBS Speaker Upgrade

I would like to upgrade the Bose speakers in my truck. I want to keep the factory nav/dvd headunit as well as the center speaker and sub. I have the following parts already:

4 Memphis Sync6 speakers
JL Audio 300/4 amp
2 JL Audio 10W3V2 dual 2ohm speakers
2 MTX Thunder 502 amps for subs

What do I need to connect the amps to the factory headunit? Would an Audio Control LC6i allow me to do this?

The audio control unit you have listed will do the job. It will give you 4 volts on the rcas and sound great.
