Default 2007 Classic HD cluster issue

Hello,
the instrument cluster on my 2007 Sierra Classic seems to not operate when it is cold. I had it rebuilt locally with new stepper motors and the connections checked and everything seemed fine until today when my truck sat out in the cold for a few hours. The back light for The instrument cluster would come on but I would have no gauges and no driver info center. Besides possibly being a bad connection with the plug is there anything else that could be causing this problem?

Bad solder joints on the board or the trace it self has some damage.
