My truck got broken into the othe rnight and they ripped my radio out and now my truck has abs and emergency brake light staying on and throwing code 01041... make any sense?

Anyone? Now my ac quit working correctly and my cruise/ windshield wipers doesnt work... Trying to fix this before I go to trade truck in
