i need a full gasket set, bearings and rings for an iron ls1 build, are there any deals on this stuff?

it will be a stock rotating assembly, 243 heads and i would like 11:1-11.5:1 compression, can i reach that compression with thinner head gaskets or do i need to mill the heads? what size head gaskets would i need?
