Header flanges are made with 3/8" thick 304 SS and tubing is 16ga. (0.065) wall 304 SS with 1-7/8" Primaries and 3" Slip Fit Collectors. Headers are fully tig welded and back purged.

V-band Flanges and EGT bungs can be welded on as requested.

Our Turbo headers are designed to work on a dimensionally stock style head and valve cover. If you have aftermarket heads or valve covers, please contact us for additional measurements.

Stainless Works turbo headers are fully tig welded using 308 stainless steel weld-wire and are back purged to assure full penetration and to meet the rigors of the racing community. We make both up and forward as well as down and forward turbo headers for LS Motors, Small and Big Block Chevys and Small and Big Block Fords.
