When do ya advise on getting axle bearings & seals?
Is it a mileage thing, leaking or abuse or ...?

It doesn't hurt to change the axle bearings and seals while your in there. If they're leaking or high mileage I would definately replace them. On a low mileage truck with no leaks they should be ok.
