We have a 2017 5.0 F150 in the shop that's getting Hellion's first production twin turbo setup for the 15+ trucks.
This truck was bone stock aside from a rough country lift kit and MBRP cat back. While we had the truck in the shop, we upgraded the oil pump gears and crankshaft gear with a billet set from MMR, installed a JMS Powermax V2 Boost-a-pump, added some Brisk Racing Spark Plugs, and threw in a set ID1050X Injectors.
The Hellion kit went together very well, with the only issue being the customer's lift kit interfering with the charge pipe routing. We were able to massage the lift just enough to fit everything without rubbing. While we were taking the truck apart, we had the charge piping powdercoated a candy red color. The Borg-Warner EFR Turbos are fitted in place of the stock catalytic converters, so a belt driven scavenge pump is included in the kit to pump the oil back into the engine.
Corbin Johnson of Johnson Tuning tuned the truck using HP Tuners and made 508 whp and 557 tq at 5 psi on our Mustang Dyno on 35" M/T's. Stay tuned for dyno a dyno video.

Here is the Full-Length video for this truck! Tuned at only 5psi this truck made 508whp / 557ft.lbs through those massive tires, picking up GAINS of 235whp / 281ft.lbs!
Our customer is ecstatic with the outcome of this build, and isn't afraid to give it a rip!
