I called and talk to you yesterday and have called back today to order three times and cant get an answer

 

I've found that its faster to get a response through email. So far Chad has fulfilled all of my questions and has shipped everything to me in great condition.

Sorry about that, we just have the one line and literally rings all day. Sometimes to answer all the questions and taken an order, we might be on the phone 30+ minutes per customer so it makes it difficult. Alway email us as well or just a quick message "call when you get a chance xxx-xxx-xxxx" We will always return it that way.

What is the solution on the downpipe since I ordered the same kit from you he did? by the way the kit looks amazing compared to the first on3 cobra car kit I ordered years ago, man you guys are headed in the right direction!!!
