I just wanted to say that for the last couple of weeks or so I have been working with Richard at WCCH for a part that he is manufacturing for me. Even thow this is a very busy time of year for him he always took my calls and was happy to chat on the phone with me.

I agree completely. Richard and Dave are top notch in my book. I've spent a ton of time talking to those two on the phone and I can't recommend them highly enough. both were eager to help me out on a project and happy to educate me on what I needed even though I was planning on fabbing some parts myself.
