I won't be buying from them, FTS!

 

A buddy of mine ordered a cam from them a while back and it took almost 3 months... Its only borrowed time before they go belly up.

 

I've done most of my mechanical purchases with TS&P and never had an issue. Bought for the 5.3 and bought the 6.0 long block from them as well.

For the cosmetic applications, we've used Stylin' Trucks, and there's never been an issue.

 

I guess I'll chime in. I've bought nick nacks from them from time to time and had good luck. But I purchased my 44#'s from them during a sales pitch and it took almost 2-1/2 weeks I believe to get them.. They were drop shipped from Racetronix directly. I wasn't happy. It seemed no one knew what was going on when I called them.

 

I wish I would have seen this thread before placing an order for a cam and other parts 3 weeks ago today. I called around the 28th of last month and was told they were waiting on the cam but everything should ship by late the following week, April 5 being the Friday of the following week. When I hadn't heard or seen anything by the 12th I tried to call them and had to leave voicemail. I waited and called again and the voicemail told me the mailbox was full. Same thing yesterday. Last Friday I emailed their sales email, and yesterday their order status email address. Nothing. Last night I asked my credit card company to dispute the charge. They (Discover) told me they had to give the merchant 30 days. Guess my truck's going to be sitting for another couple of weeks.

 

Yall should try SDPC, i ordered all my stuff over text messaging. I had it at my door two days after the first text message. Beau is really good to work with, and actually cares bout his customers.

I wish all these forums would inform their members about Thunder Racing, make their poor business practioces common knowledge. There are hundreds of other vendors out there that will do a much much better job at delivering what you pay for!

Thunder Racing blows for sure. I ordered a cam from them once and they took almost 2 months to get it to me and would hardly ever respond to my emails. Same thing happened to a buddy that ordered a cam from them they kept saying they were waiting on comp so he just cancelled the order. They have lost my business and anyone that asks me about them will get a fair warning on their BS
