Matt, the comment from the op concerning full voicemail box, not answering phone, not replying to email...is all true. Texas speed is a great company but yall need to answer the phone.

ive been emailing them all day just fine really fast response actually im surprised, also i orederd a cam package from them an the cam showed up one day later then the springs an an pushrods cuz it came from comp, i tell everyone to buy from there, they have great service!!

As a curious question, does it say anywhere on the product page, the shopping cart or the receipt, that the item is being drop shipped from the vendor?

Its not un common to have a custom grind take up to 2 weeks to get shipped. If it were me I would have atleast ordered the cam a week or 2 in advance before my swap day

We answer 5 lines that ring off the hook all day every day, 45 hour a week. if you cannot get through, it is because the phones are busy and all the salespeople are tied up on other lines. We answer more phones than most anybody around except for maybe Summit and Jegs.

Lastly, I would advise ANY vendor reading this NOT to sell to the original poster (PM me for a name). He had done a credit card charge-back for the full amount of his invoice, not just shipping or a partial shipping amount.

I worked at SDPC and know the number of people answering calls and their call volume, which the combo of those two lead to being able to get through more often than not. I call those guys multiple times daily and get busy signals frequently. It happens in this busy time of year!
