Default Texas-Speed and PAC

Two thumbs up for both. Broke a PAC valve spring that I bought with my TSP cam kit. Called Texas-speed up and Matt helped me get through to PAC and they are sending me a whole new set. Texas-speed as great customer service and like taking care of their customers. And thanks PAC for stepping up and not trying to come up with excuses. Just sent a picture of the broken spring and their sending me a whole new set. Saving me $250. Both companies have my business from now on

now lets see if you ever get them, D_reks 5.3 broke one and was supposed to get a new one a shirt after talkin to PAC,but neither ever came as far as i remember

Hopin for the best, would be nice if they stepped up and took care of a customer this time.

ya they gave me excuses over the phone about how their springs dont break, But that they would send me a new spring and a t shirt. so I paid out of pocket to have the spring shipped to them(not that it was alot of money but still) so they could look at it. Never heard from them after that and never received my spring or shirt.

Glad they took care of you tho..

Yeah Il pay to ship them the broken one but im getting a whole new set. I dont mind sending them the broken one even if I have to pay for it. maybe they can see why it broke and fix the problem for the future.

1518s. PAC shipped them out today so hopefully all is good.

When did this happen? We take care of people that break beehives on the street.... as long as it was not operator error. We have had people send us springs in the past thinking they were ours but end up being someone elses. Let me know I'll try to help ya out.

This was last year around August-September I believe. The person Told me that you guys were not sure how it broke and that these springs never break, But said they would send me a T-shirt and new spring (Even tho i had I replaced the broken spring already), And give me a call if they find out what caused it. Never got a call back, and never got my t-shirt or spring...

Not bashing you guys, Obviously you guys make good springs and I would Buy from you again. Just would Have liked my T-shirt and spring atleast

Thanks for the feedback, Kyle! We've had great success with PAC Springs and I'm very happy with their service too (and I can say this is the first time I've had to talk with them about a broken spring)!
