Default PeformaBuilt Inside Please

Guys, I have contacted you several times about a transmission and referred countless people to you from across my desk at Magnuson. Recently I have been told that your service has fell off and the quality of the trans is not what you advertise. I would like to know why a customer that I sent you last week (in ventura) was sent a transmission with "used" parts in it. I would also like to know why a customer (a board member) that was referred to you has been through 3 or 4 transmissions from you.

I do not take this lightly, my referrals are as good as gold. When I have a customer holding me personally responsible for the lack of quality I have an issue. Post up, I am waiting.

+1 here too brian... bought their level 3 "insane" model after a couple of recommendations about 3 months ago... trans was rated "750+hp" and I have a measly 430 to the wheels...

BOOM - mine blew this MORNING on my way home from work...

I sure hope they help me and fast... this is my only driver and i cant afford to rent a car for the next week or two...

I just had the trans RR'd 2 weeks ago because my original TC was stalled way too high... another $400 down the drain...
Please help!

i wasnt guna say anything but im curious about what happened to a thread where i was asking a question to performabuilt that concearned them recomending the smaller transmission to me, then later saying that HP levels as high as mine will be should get the biggest one.

Not sure, I am patiently waiting for a reply. I am a bit embarrassed that the customers I sent to them based on their marketing are more than likely going to be unhappy customers.

I am sorry guys, I am not one to call someone out....But this time it is a big deal. We are talking about allot of money that people have ENTRUSTED to you in return for a quality transmission. I want an explanation and I want it public.

I am pissed, and I wont back down. DO NOT try to threaten me with "slander" or "Liable". The points I am making are facts, and I have seen the transmissions to prove it.....as have other "pillars" of the performance community.

Dave, you were the board member I spoke of in the original post. I am sorry that you are suffering from the lack of quality from PerformaBuilt. If you paid VIA CC, call the CC company.
