That's shitty biz in my mind

This is how stupid they are I told them it had a ses light they asked which light
Agh Thers only 1 Ses light

Then she wants me to get the code it set so they can fix it

I have no code scanner

What puzzles me is why I'd have to try to fix ther mistake

Not trying to bring this back from the dead but,

I really doubt it took a month to get you a new tune. If it did, you were definitely informed why or it's an error on your side (like payment, shipping, etc).
New tunes do not sit for a month!!
I'm sure I can bring up your tune form, date shipped, etc if I need to.

When you opened your pcm package, all the literature was right on top for you too look at! Warranty, refund, engine light, etc, all those documents were in there! It would have taken 5 mins to read about the common ckp light your truck would probably experience.

Shitty biz, so far it sounds like you failed to do your part!

"This is how stupid they are..." I don't have a comment for this lmao!

There is no need for a scanner, simply go by your local auto parts store and they'll be glad to read it for free.

There was no mistake made!

I can vouch for nelson all day long. They sent me atleast 3 re-tunes in 1 month.

First setup i installed had bad bearings
next setup was fine, had a random misfire light from the cam
They sent me a new one with lowered misfire count. Havent seen a ses light since.

Great customer service imo. they always replied to emails and got me what i needed fast.
