Nelson tune... Bad biz!!

yeah they offer free updates as long as u own it. I have a nelson tune and its been doing me pretty good with the mods that i have currently. They are tuning blind tho. So u kinda have to make sure everything is working ok for them. Im sure they will fix it.

If it is a bad core i would think they would take care of you, anytime i call nelson i get a woman that knows more about turbos and performance parts than i do! is this normal? If so i need to move to that state
let us know how its handled im curious myself

Sounds like something simple that happens all the time, may need a crank relearn or some info was left out somewhere. All of this is mentioned on the application form if I'm not mistaken.

X2!! ive never have any contact with nelson tunes, but you should keep in mind that Nelson, BB, Wheatly, are very well known and respected in these Industry, and Iam sure it did not come easy, Iam sure Nelson will live up to this issue! and his name ,

Why dont you actually give them a chance to fix it instead of blowing your top about something simple. I can understand the frustration but blowing up like you are isnt going to get anything fixed. Ive had a Nelson tune since damn near he started and always had good results. Some times it was a little slow to get my PCM but it comes with the territory. Any tuner that does a good job is going to be busy, thats a GOOD thing. If a tuner isnt busy there probably is a reason why...
