Still no answer, going on 2 months trying to contact them via pm, email and phone on two seperate lines. Something needs to be done about this sponsor not taking care of their customers.

Well, the email(jfuddle@msn.com) that was working for people it seems you have already tried.

The best I can say right now is keep trying to get ahold of them, seems they eventually get to people just takes a while. I will keep an ear out for new info.

Evidently they have been getting back with people from that account. If the communication problems continue the banner will be pulled.

Whether or not a company is a sponsor here doesn't earn my trust at all.

When the man took care of me like he did that earns my truct. He gave me his personal cell number if I had any problems iwth the install of the converter. He took care of me even sending another converter out without a credit card number and trusting I would send the old one back. he answered the phone for me, was ALWAYS very helpful, thus I pushed his product and I was EXTREMELY happy with his product, it is the best converter IMO on the market. Since he hasnt been in control of the company(from what I hear) things have gone down hill. I hope John pulls through and brings his company back up to what it was, he is a good man and doesnt deserve his company to be run into the ground like it is.

Fuddle has been suspended as a sponsor until they work through their communications problems and take care of the customers with issues.

This is both on Tech and PT.net

1slow01Z71 - You may want to just try and sell that verter outright to help make up the difference in the price of an 80E verter from another company if you can't get ahold of someone soon.

The problem is I found a builder locally that will stand behind a 60e for 6 months with my 6L turbo setup and Im not 100% certain the lockup clutch/assembly is good or if it is the TC lock-up solenoid and Im not going to sell it knowing that, that is wrong.

Another issue I have with selling it outright is that I was only going to have to pay 50ish bucks to pgrade the 80e converter if I sell this converter Ill be luck to get 300 for it(in working order) and the next covnerter I would pick would be a PI, so you see my predicament.

Im going to wait another week and if nothing happens see if I cant send my Fuddle somewhere to get checked out and make sure everything is alright in it before I waste 5 hours removing and installing the damn trans/t-case.

Third day since I sent yet another email to the MSN account, along with another barrage of pms, emails and phone calls.
