heres the story, middle oof last year my tranny took a crap, i was low on cash and was in a light bind. i had a good friend rebuild and beef up the tranny but i needed a converter. i had a CC with a $500 limit, and there entry level, 2800 stall was 500 plus shipping. he let me have it for $495 shipped. helped me out alot.

a few months later the TCC started to slip when it locked in, called Dave and explained what was going on and he stated a entry level converter isnt a good idea for a 4800 pound truck, pushing roughly 450 ft pounds of tq. my mistake, i should have called Dave so he could recommend a converter.

he offered to take my converter back, give me full credit towards a better converter, a SST 3600 truck converter. i cant down my truck for that long, so tomorroow im sending a paypal to them, swap them when the new one gets here and send my old one to them to have checked.


all i can say is thank you so much Dave, great customer service. ill be sure to keep yall updated

 

Dave is the man, really helped me alot with my converter. I had bought used, had some issues, he cut and restalled quickly, awesome customer service and product!!

 

yes he is its nice to know theres still companys that go out there way to help the consumer

 

And on top of that, he is a one man show.
