Default Big thanks to Yank and Slowhawk

Just wanted to give a big thank you to the people at Yank converters, and Don at Slowhawk Performance.

Last year I went to truck nationals at New England dragway, and ran a 13.78 @ 98mph. I was pretty dissapointed with this pass. Found out my fuel pump wasnt supplying enough pressure, and thought it was the reason for my poor *** time. We fixed the fueling issue, and it was back to the track, the truck ran the same damn number. At this point I was very dissapointed, thats when Don a.k.a Slowhawk suggested I get a "REAL" converter. At this time I was running a Trailblazer converter.

So I recently had a Yank Pro Truck 3200 installed by slowhawk, and it made a huge difference, almost a full second. I ran a 12.91 @ 104mph w/1.90 60ft. This time came with very poor traction. Launched it in 4 wheel drive, and was spinning all 4 out of the hole, I feel its still got more it it with some traction.

Again, thanks alot guys

Josh

The Yank converter definitely kicked the crap out of the trailblazer converter.

2.14 but launching in 4wheel drive It would hook and go.

Now with the Yank it did a 1.90 but the truck spun 4wheel like a bastard. Track prep sucked, or it time for some real tires. This was done with the stock good year wranglers
