Richard at atomic is hands down the best person I've dealt with customer service wise. I reached out to him in regards to re-tuning my turbo Tahoe previously tuned by someone local that I was unhappy with. Although we haven't begun the tuning process yet he has been nothing but help in regards to answering any questions I've had as well as helping me getting needed software additions for a better deal. I look forward to having his advice and help moving forward to meet my goal of a 10 second pass of some sort down the road.
