Yea those guys spend forever modding their trucks, and when they find out it just wont go, they end up trying to sell it!

4.56 or 4.88 gears would be ideal for 36" tires. Of course, if he does that and then adds power mods, he will destroy the ol' 10 bolt rear.

thats what i figured... thanks axis. i doubt he even knows what gears are.. lol...

he wants me to tune it for him now.. so pretty much all i can do is throw a good timing table on there and a few shift points and stuff for the tranny.

would it be right if i set his top speed limiter to 70?? woops... haha

or i could get Jesse to email me a decent tune for it??

not trying to jack the thread, but our trucks with the 10 bolt 8.5 inch, what spline are the axles? 28 or 30? im lookin into a tru trac

89' on up have 30 splines I do believe.
