I think that was his original intention. He probably killed her by mistake and figured wtf she's already dead, and that he might get a lighter sentence....expecially in Texas where they have a pretty solid death penalty.

The whole insanity plea bugs me because anybody who goes around chopping up people is obviously insane right? I don't think living in facility for the Criminally Insane is any better (Me thinks far worse) than living behind the wall at any big prison......right Dewey?

I knew we had at least one member from Tyler. It's always the small conservative towns that get all the attention. Probably happens daily in the bigger cities
People from CA are moving that way

Well, from my experience, the more "politically correct" the area you are insane at the better. Let's face he's gonna get a dirty *** rat hole of a nut house. I have stayed at some pretty fine nut houses in my day and I give credit to the high tax bracket income in that jurisdiction. I have always said, if you are gonna go insane, do your research first. Make sure you'll get put away in a fine establishment.

On a more serious note, America is too fuggin soft. We don't need more rules just enforcement of the ones we already have in place. On the way to the jail house he needs to slip and fall and snap his neck. I'd donate to the police car fund of america if the cops in those situations pulled over to get a cup of coffee and an unmarked tractor trailer ran that dipshit over in the squad car.

There are the instances such as this where a humane punishment is counterproductive to the needs of society.

in my opinion if you kill any one or rape some one, your insane already...you already got problems..and the really fucked up ones they put in a nut house, why waste the money on them putting them in a nut house? you let them go they will do the same thing..kill em...why leave them in jail ten years and then execute them?? just think of the billions of our tax dollars they would save if they just execute them right after the sentencing and not wait ten or more years to do it

btw dewey howd you end up in a nut house??
