Most gassers on here are worried about 1/4 miles times rather than how much they can pull.

I would like to see some of those diesels in person though, that's pretty impressive the amount of torque they are putting down.

If it involves an engine and competition, I'd be willing to bet that Jarrett has tried it. 50% chance he's tried it with his race truck

Yeah I thought it wouldn't be that common to find gassers on here who have pulled. Here where I'm at they have a hometown class which is just daily driven trucks and it is split into a gas and diesel. At the end the two winners face off with a pull. Of course, the diesels have always won. But just for giggles, I'd like to see (or even build) a gas motor truck to out pull even the diesels.

Could probably find some videos online I would think. Seen a few gasses at a truck pulling competition a couple years ago, they didnt win but did a decent job of it.

i dont think anyone on here has thought of building a pulling truck. i think it would be freaking awesome! and why is people saying it would be pointless??? the power you can get out of are trucks would make them really competitive.
